a quick one

Sorry for the lack of posts lately. Busy busy busy. But I knew this would take relatively little effort or creativity. I checked out the group from the Geico commercial, and after adding it to Pandora they compared the group to new music they were offering to me this way:

trippy soundscapes and prevalent use of groove.

I enjoy the prevalent use of groove, if I do say so...

The Departed

Went to see it this weekend...that flick with, well, everyone. It was great. Fulfilling the whole way round. (disclaimer: gratuitous language and violence). Everyone in it was phenomenal. Even Jack Nicholson, who tends to get on my nerves, was stellar. But Marky Mark stole the show. I think I might love him...him and his funky bunch.

And, btw, Mark Brunell sucks sucks sucks.

binoculars

Anyone know anything about/know anyone who knows anything about binoculars? I'm in need of a pair, and want to check it out on eBay with the hopes of finding a gem that's not too expensive.

Does it bother you that it's called a pair of binoculars? I understand it, but it bothers me.

Sighting #4:
witnesses-Kristin
timing-9:00 AM, October 4, 2006
location--Denfeld Road and Connecticut Avenue.
Red shorts and yellow shirt.

Kensington is definitely his 'hood. I wonder how he ended up by the Canal the other day. That's far from the homeland.

rules of sports fans

Rule #1:
Do not wear a shirt and tie to the game you preppy jerks.
Rule #2:
Do not wear a button-down/collared shirt beneath your mesh jersey. Do not attempt to dress up the jersey. It has its purpose in life and doesn't want to be upgraded.
